Just a few days left until a unique historical event - the start of the European Football Championship Euro-2012, which will be hosted by four cities of Ukraine - Kharkiv, Donetsk, Lviv, Kyiv. Are public facilities - such as stadiums, hotels, cafes, restaurants, medical institutions, transport infrastructure -, ready to meet fans and visitors with disabilities (at least in those Ukrainian cities, which will host Euro 2012)?
